As a psychotherapist, my goal is to build rapport with adults and children alike, to assist them in taking the necessary steps they need to obtain their optimum level of functioning. Through ‘talk’ therapy we can begin to alleviate stress, generate relevant/feasible goals, and attain them.

In the past, clients have asked me to assist them build their self-esteem, become a better partner, improve time management, cope with addiction, successfully cope with thought disorders, manage depression, and many other issues.

I am a master’s level psychotherapist who’s qualified to treat depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders, addiction and problem behaviors in children/adolescents. I have counseled at both the bachelors and masters level working with children, adolescents and adults. I am certified to practice cognitive therapy and licensed to practice in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I have also completed specialized education in addictions, CBT, offenders and motivational interviewing.

I have also decided to offer Hatha Yoga as an option to enhance therapy progress as the health benefits have been shown to significantly decrease levels of anxiety and depression. I am a certified Yoga Phase 1 instructor through AAASI/ISMA.
